3.1. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
3.2. We accept payment through payment gateway on website, authorized credit or debit cards and cash.
3.3. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.
3.4. Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as room service or mini-bar purchases, will be settled upon check-out.
4.1. Cancellations or modifications to your booking must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your confirmation email.
4.2. Cancellation or modification charges may apply depending on the timing of your request and the type of reservation made.
4.3. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified, and the full amount will be charged in case of cancellation.
5.1. Check-in time is calculated from 11:00 AM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM local time.
5.2. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6.1. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking upon check-in.
6.2. Guests are expected to treat the hotel premises, staff, and other guests with respect and adhere to the hotel's policies and regulations.
7.1. The Royal Pavilion, Kolhapur, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during your stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or any other property.
7.2. Guests are responsible for any damages to the hotel property caused by their negligence or willful misconduct and may be charged accordingly.
8.1. The Royal Pavilion, Kolhapur, shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental restrictions.
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolhapur.
