1.1. Refund requests will only be processed if the booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
2.1. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the booking.
2.2. Once a refund request is initiated, it may take up to 7 days to process the refund.
2.3. The refunded amount will be subject to any applicable cancellation fees or charges as per the terms and conditions of your booking.
3.1. Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for any refunds, regardless of the cancellation timing.
4.1. In the event of early check-out, guests will be charged for the full booking duration, and no refunds will be provided for the unused nights.
